Comparing Madame Alexander Fan Girls Bodies to Moxie Teenz, Etc.

Madame Alexander’s Marvel Fan Girls are alike in size and appearance to Moxie Teenz and similar dolls like Jackie Evancho and other 13 1/2” - 14” fashion dolls. With similar builds, they can swap many outfits out. In this first photo both the Fan Girl and Barbie Nutcracker dolls are wearing the same Moxie Teenz Top. However, there are still some differences.

The Madame Alexander Fan Girls are slimmer than Moxie Teenz and the other dolls. They can easily wear many Barbie clothes. The Black Widow Fan Girls Doll in the photo is wearing a red pleather Barbie skirt.

How the Dolls Stack Up

The Fan Girls Dolls have very slender necks that are not in proportion to their heads but their larger heads help them display well with the Moxie Teenz. They have skinnier arms than the other dolls. The Fan Girls are missing the twist torso and bendable ankles of the Moxie Teenz but are very poseable due to other ball jointed sockets.

Jacki Evancho has a larger waist than all the dolls except Barbie.  The Barbie doll has the biggest dimensions and cannot interchange clothes as easily but can still get by with a lot of the Moxie Teenz clothes.

Due to their similar sizes, big eyes with rooted lashes, and ball-jointed arms and legs, the Madame Alexander Fan Girls look good posed with Moxie Teenz. Jackie Evancho needed help with her eyes and got a repaint to make them look bigger and more like the other two. She looks even better with a Liv head swapped out.  Poor Barbie fits in the least but still looks good in the background.

The 13 1/2' dolls celebrate July 4th together in patriotic red, white and blue.

The Marvel Fan Girls costumes are just begging to be swapped out for some cuter clothes, so indulge your dolls in some of the fashions from other 13 1/2” dolls as well as Barbie. They will provide tons of dress-up fun!

    Barbie Scores Cover of People Yearbook for 2023

     ~ Many media outlets have been doing their year-in-review articles to mark the turnover of another year, and People Magazine is no exception ~ Barbie on Cover of People Yearbook “Barbie” star Margot Robbie joined singer Beyoncé and Taylor Swift on the cover of People Magazine’s 2023 Yearbook featuring top moments from the past year. Since “Barbie also sings in the film, that’s three female singer on the cover of People for those who are counting.  The magazine took a look at “The Plastic Fantastic World of Barbie” as one of the big stories of 2023.  Greta Gerwig's  “Barbie” movie starring  Margot Robbie and Ryan Gosling  was a huge hit in 2023 in spite of mixed reviews. The comedy landed five nominations for Oscar Awards including sound, original songs for its three submissions from Billie Eilish ('What I Was Made For?
