Easter dolls - past and present: a basket full of Easter dolls for 2013


My very favorite little Easter doll had four legs and two big, fluffy ears, but I like the vinyl kind, too.
Easter dolls are traditionally so sweet in their pastel dresses with little baskets of eggs and are very popular with collectors. Here is an assortment of articles about various dolls and their Easter finery.

The first time Barbie officially celebrated Easter was the first year she was manufactured. In 1959, Mattel issued the vintage Barbie Easter Parade outfit which featured a black coat over a colorful print sheath dress.
