Easter Chelsea dolls fill a gap in the Barbie line in 2011, on sale at Target While hunting the aisles of Krogers and Walmart in the Bellevue area yielded little in the way of Easter Barbie dolls this year, a trip to Target at Nashville West presented a pleasant surprise. New this year are three cute little dolls named Chelsea, a little older than Kelly and the same age as the So In Style younger siblings. Belle Meade Plantation Belles Doll Club meets April 6 at Shoney’s Bellevue The Belle Meade Plantation Belles Doll Club is holding their April meeting on Thursday night, April 6, at 7:00 PM at Shoney's in Bellevue. The theme of the meeting will be Easter dolls. In addition, a workshop is planned on making doll-sized shopping bags as well as items to go in the bags. The doll club I co-founded in 1996 was invited to a special luncheon before the open house.  Gallery showing of dolls in East Nashville combines fashion with history The Gallery Showing of Rare Prototype Dolls on April 2, hosted by Joan Greene and Cathy Hardaway, drew visitors from all over Middle Tennessee to East Nashville, including several local doll clubs including the Belle Meade Plantation Belles Doll Club , the Music City Doll Club and the Tennessee Internet Pink Society (TIPS) Barbie Doll Club .
